Valentine's Crafty Things

I was quite busy with projects this month. I just L-O-V-E the Close to My Heart That's Amore paper that most of these were made with - It was perfect for Valentine's.

I absolutely L-O-V-E they way these turned out

I also did a layout with newborn pictures of my little sweetie Rowan

and these are the Valentine's that Raistlyn and I made for her 2nd Grade class - the cards were made from red envelopes which when folded and stuck together just right created 2 inner pockets inside to put stuff in - So Cool! We tucked in suckers and the conversation heart cards.

And last but not least, these are the Valentine's Cards I made this year. The small ones had an insert that you pulled out with a picture of the kids. We had such a tough time with pictures this year because Rowan just didn't want to cooperate. We were lucky to get one decent shot! We almost chose one of Caiden with his finger up his nose and thought we could put a silly caption on it like...."I Pick You as my Valentine". Yeah, that would have been totally funny...but he probably wouldn't think so 10 years from now....so we didn't.

We had Caiden's 3rd birthday party at an incredible place called Paradise Pond. The kids enjoyed themselves so much they've been begging to go back! These are my favorite shots from the party.
